The workshop is not in Haguenau: it is in Ostwald, south of Strasbourg. From Haguenau town centre, allow around 40 minutes for 41 km. Follow the D1340 to the A4 towards Strasbourg, continue on the A35, then take the Ostwald – La Vigie exit. The workshop is in the business park, on rue Pierre et Marie Curie.
The journey is worthwhile for work where knowledge of the brand makes a difference: a chain rattling on starting, an automatic gearbox with shifting problems, an FRM module that suddenly stops the lights and windows working. The workshop works only on BMW and MINI, and the price is given before the work.

A call before sending
Give us the model and symptoms: we check that your module is an FRM3, the only version repairable without the vehicle. Other FRM versions and FEM modules require the car at the workshop.
Colissimo delivery and return
Remove the module, send it well protected with your contact details, and it returns repaired by Colissimo. Fitting to the vehicle is also available at the workshop.
CarPlay and navigation remotely
On some vehicles, Apple CarPlay activation and navigation updates can be carried out without visiting the workshop. A call with the registration document to hand is enough to find out.
